Audit & Management Advisory Services (AMAS) provides internal audit and consulting services to the Tufts community. We independently and objectively review Tufts University operations to strengthen effectiveness in governance, risk management, and internal control processes. In addition to conducting formal audits, we are available to answer your questions and provide advice concerning matters of business ethics and internal controls.

We also provide guidance to managers who are responsible for regulatory compliance.

We are periodically required to conduct investigations when there is an indication of inappropriate business conduct or misuse of University assets. Often, we rely on information provided to us by concerned members of the Tufts community. To facilitate this process, the Tufts EthicsPoint Hotline is available to enable anonymous reporting. You are also welcome to contact any member of our staff if you prefer to directly report your concern.

The information contained on this web site will help you become more familiar with our services and your role in maintaining good governance and management practices supportive of the University's mission. Please contact us with any comments, questions or suggestions.
